Atiku Commits to Consolidation of Democracy Across Regions, Meets Israeli Ambassador

PDP presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar met on Thursday at his residence in Abuja with the Israeli Ambassador to Nigeria, H.E. Ambassador Michael Freeman, to discuss modalities for innovating fresh ideas in promoting the bilateral relationship between Nigeria and the State of Israel.

The Presidential Hopeful welcomed the ambassador, and urged him to do his best to further strengthen the existing cordial relationship between Nigeria and Israel.

Addressing the party faithful after the meeting, Atiku said

“Nigeria under PDP was expanding and prospering, as seen by the entire world. The nation made great strides in achieving its economic objectives and rose to the top of the African continent. This serves as a model and an inspiration for many nations in our region. In order to have a beneficial impact on our neighboring nations as well as the broader region, Israel and Nigeria remain partners in progress. “
