ABIF Foundation to Empower 170 Individuals in Ibadan Southwest with Cash Support

In its ongoing efforts to combat poverty and crime, the Abeeb Balogun International Foundation (ABIF) will provide cash empowerment to 170 individuals in Ibadan Southwest Local Government Area, Oyo State, Nigeria.

Founded in 2016, ABIF has consistently provided vital support to those in need. According to Hon. (Dr.) Abeeb Balogun, founder of the foundation, this initiative aims to, Support small business startups, Foster entrepreneurship, Reduce poverty and criminality, Promote economic growth and many more…

On November 30, 2024, at 10 a.m., the event will take place at Baptist Primary School, Oke Ado, Ibadan.

“My goal is to empower individuals facing economic hardship, encouraging them to embrace entrepreneurship,” Abeeb stated. “Success in Nigeria’s business environment translates to success globally.”

Abeeb emphasized Africa’s entrepreneurial potential, citing China’s remarkable growth. “A nation’s wealth stems from innovation and production, not merely circulating money.”

Renowned business expert Barrister Lowo Obisesan, former Commissioner for Environment to late Governor Abiola Ajimobi, will deliver the keynote address. “Direction and purpose prevent idle minds from turning to crime.”
